Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All Stationery is FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns.
For Apparel: We will accept exchanges initiated within 14 days after you received your item. However, please keep in mind that all apparel is currently made to order. The new item will not begin production until the original item is returned and accepted.
For an exchanged item to be accepted, it must be in its original condition and packaging(tags included), not worn. If our team decides that the pending item does not fit this criteria, the customer will forfeit the item with no refund.
For any exchanges, the customer will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges will be limited to a comparable item of the same value (beanie for beanie, shirt for shirt, etc.)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate and rectify the issue.
